20+ years of diverse financial experience leading Kind Lending's growth on the East Coast.
After building a career upon more than 20 years of diverse financial experience, Phillip Sizemore has worked hard to earn a reputation as a mortgage industry powerhouse. His borrowers, business associates, and staff know that he will always persevere to help them meet and exceed their own goals and appreciate his "Never Say Die” outlook. His industry knowledge, together with his determination to exceed clients’ and support staff’s expectations, have enabled him to be a reliable, strong asset to not only Georgia homebuyers but to other industry professionals.
Before joining Caliber, Phillip held positions at some of the nation’s biggest banks, mortgage lenders and wealth management companies. These included positions in sales, operations, training, and executive management, and peaked when he achieved the goal of Top Loan Producer. You can rely on him and the Kind Lending team to make your home buying process smooth and stress-free, from the day you apply to the day you move into your new home. Phillip will personally guide you through each stage of the loan process, so your dreams of home ownership will do more than just come true … they’ll exceed your expectations.

Lexi Blevins
Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual
I wasn’t always the top-producing realtor, investor, and entrepreneur you see today. A few years ago, I was a starving artist with a theater degree from Baylor University—bartending by night and chasing auditions by day. Fast forward to now: I run Monarch Realty Partners, a boutique real estate team in Atlanta and the #2 producing team in the state of Georgia at Real Broker. I’ve been ranked in the top 5% of agents in Georgia for the past five years, flipped and rented eight investment properties, and built a debt-free lifestyle (minus the houses, of course). I found my calling helping others grow their wealth through real estate.
You might also recognize me as a host of The American Dream, an Emmy-nominated national TV show that highlights real estate, lifestyle, and success stories across the country. Sharing my clients’ homes—and their journeys—on screen is one of my favorite ways to showcase what makes Atlanta so special.
I genuinely love watching people win—whether it’s a first-time buyer landing their dream home or an agent closing their biggest deal yet. That passion is why I’m launching my own real estate sales course in July 2025, designed to give agents the tools, systems, and confidence they need to grow a thriving business. Real estate changed my life, and now I’m paying it forward.
When I’m not negotiating contracts or staging listings, you’ll find me lost in a fantasy novel, skiing out West, riding horses, or hiking with my dogs. I stay involved with Family Promise, the Junior League of Atlanta, and my Alpha Delta Pi alumnae group—a nod to my deep Atlanta roots and love for giving back.
I’m Lexi Blevins, a second-generation American and passionate advocate for building generational wealth through real estate. Let’s open the next chapter of your financial journey—together.
